Felita is the Managing Partner of FMF Law Office. She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Atma Jaya University of Makassar and completed her Master of Law degree, with a concentration in Industrial Relations and Employment Law, at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Jakarta, with graduating predicated as cumlaude.

Felita possesses comprehensive experience in both criminal and civil law. During her academic years, she was involved as a member of the legal team at the Legal Aid Institute in Yogyakarta, which provided her with practical insight into the handling of legal matters within the community. Professionally, she has also pursued her career at one of the leading litigation law firms in South Jakarta, where she was handling a White Collar Crime Case, including large-scale Corruption Case that have occurred in Indonesia. In addition, Felita has experience in handling special Criminal Cases in the healthcare sector, particularly those related to Alleged Medical Malpractice Offenses.

Fausta is the Founding Partner of FMF Law Office. He earned his Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Atma Jaya University Makassar, graduating cum laude. He subsequently obtained his Master of Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with a concentration in Litigation Law, also graduating cum laude.

Fausta possesses extensive expertise in Indonesian law, complemented by experience in cross-border and multinational legal matters. He has served as a member of the legal team at one of Indonesia’s leading banks, an international law firm representing foreign clients, a top-tier litigation firm in Indonesia, and a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). He has also handled specialized civil matters, including proceedings related to Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) and bankruptcy cases in Jakarta, experiences that have further strengthened his strategic and analytical approach to legal practice.
