Felita Wijaya, S.H., M.H.

MANAGING PARTNER

Felita is the Managing Partner of FMF Law Office. She holds a Bachelor of Law (S.H./LL.B) from Atma Jaya University of Makassar and a Master of Law (M.H./LL.M) (cum laude) in Industrial Relations and Employment Law from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Jakarta.

She has extensive experience in both civil and criminal law, including work with the Legal Aid Institute in Yogyakarta and a leading litigation law firm in South Jakarta. Her practice includes handling white-collar crime, major corruption cases, and specialized criminal cases in the healthcare sector, particularly alleged medical malpractice.

Core Expertise: Criminal Law & Labour Law

Fausta is the Founding Partner of FMF Law Office. He earned his Bachelor of Law (S.H./LL.B) from Atma Jaya University Makassar and his Master of Law (M.H./LL.M) in Litigation Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada, both graduating cum laude.

He has broad experience in Indonesian and cross-border legal matters, having worked with a leading bank, an international law firm, a top-tier litigation firm, and a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN). His expertise includes handling civil cases, particularly PKPU and bankruptcy proceedings in Jakarta.
