Felita Wijaya, S.H., M.H.
MANAGING PARTNER
Felita is the Managing Partner of FMF Law Office, she has completed her studies and obtained her first Law Degree at University of Atma Jaya Makassar. Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law, by majoring in Industrial Relations and Employment Law at University of Atma Jaya Jakarta.
She has organizational experience such as have been a class leader for the class of 2017 while studying at University of Atma Jaya Makassar, taking part in organizations and serving as part of the legal team of the Legal Aid Institute, namely “Bantu Hukum” in Yogyakarta, has completed Special Education for the Advocate Profession (PKPA) at the University of Indonesia and has passed the Professional Examination Advocate or UPA. She has worked at a well known law office in Jakarta which deals in the field of Litigation, especially regarding Corruption Criminal Law and White Collar Crime.
Fausta is the Founding Partner of FMF Law Office. He earned his bachelor of law from the Faculty of Law , Atma Jaya University Makassar, graduating cum laude. He subsequently obtained his Master of Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Gadjah Mada, with a concentration in Litigation Law, also graduating cum laude.
Fausta possesses extensive experience and in-depth expertise in Indonesian law, as well as exposure to cross-border and multinational legal matters. He has served as part as part of the legal team at one of Indonesia’s leading banks, worked at an international law firm in South Jakarta representing exclusively foreign clients, practiced at a top-tier litigation law firm in Indonesia, and also a member of the legal team of a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN).
